I am a loctician based out of Dover, Delaware, with 12+ years of loc maintenance and styling experience. I specialize in traditional locs and traditional methods of locking hair. (no sista locs or wick services provided)
CANCELLATION POLICY
I enforce a 100% cancellation fee on services and no-shows. I also reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows or late cancellations. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Note you may be considered a no-show if you are 15 or more minutes late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied. The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. You will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once your services are completed.
